1.3.5  Account Status

You can easily review your account status on the “my account” page.  In addition to all of your registration information (including credit card), you will be able to see your account status (including whether the account is active/scheduled to be cancelled), your signup date, your next renewal date, the package you signed up for, and the date of cancellation, if applicable. The date of cancellation shall be one day before the next renewal date.

 

The “my account” page will be accessible only on the parent portal on the webpage that is available after login.
